Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product is purchased and delivered to you (via download link, email, or any other method), we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This policy applies to all digital items sold on our Shopify store, including but not limited to eBooks, PDFs, templates, graphics, software, audio files, and video files.
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds on Digital Downloads
- Digital products are intangible goods that cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.
- Upon purchase, you gain immediate access to the full product, and we have no way to revoke or reclaim it.
- This policy helps us protect the intellectual property and value of our digital offerings.
Before You Buy
We encourage you to review product descriptions, compatibility details, and any available previews or samples carefully before making a purchase. Exceptions
- Non-Delivery: If you experience an issue where the digital product fails to download or is not delivered (e.g., due to a technical error), please reach out to us within 7 days of your purchase. We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, either resend the product or provide a solution at no additional cost.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive a digital file that does not match the product description, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and, if an error is found on our part, provide you with the correct file.
No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse or Compatibility Issues
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:
- Changing your mind after purchase.
- Incompatibility with your device, software, or system (please check requirements before buying).
- Failure to read the product description or misunderstanding the product’s purpose.
